Cancellation policy

An item doesn't fit or you don't like it anymore? You accidentally ordered the wrong item and now want to return it? No problem. Please note the following points:

We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Our e-books are a "digital good" which is excluded from revocation. Background: We disclose data which cannot be "returned". In the event that the Supplement Guide / Ultimate Bundle / Muscle System / Nutrition System (e-book) is purchased as a gift, we will, If the minimum order amount for the Supplement Guide / Ultimate Bundle / Muscle System / Nutrition System is not met upon return, half of the purchase price for the respective e-book will be retained.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@deinmuskel.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We ask that you package the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and correct the problem.

Exceptions / Hygiene Products

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), custom items (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products).

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and if the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the amount of your order will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Please remember that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Customers have the option to cancel their order within 6 hours of placing the order. Please note that after this period, if the order is already in production, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, we ask you to return the ordered items to us upon receipt. Our standard return policy applies to returns.
